Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Delivery is available for customers in the UK at present.  The approximate charges are as follows:

 Items in stock will be despatched the same working day where ever possible.  Orders after 12 noon may be sent the next working day.  Items delivered by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery will require a signature on receipt.  If there is no one to receive the item, a card will be left and the item will be held at a local Royal Mail Office for collection.  The estimated delivery time for Royal Mail First Class Recorded is 2-5 working days.  Heavier items will be sent through a courier called CityLink.  These items will usually be delivered the next working day.  Items ordered over the weekend will normally be processed on Monday.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you and automatically ship the item when it comes in.

Payment

Payment is currently by Paypal or by faxing us your credit card details.  For orders to be purchased with a debit card or cheque, please phone 01803 666556.

Returns

In the unlikely event of you being unhappy with any product you purchase from Action Model Centre (AMC) please e-mail us or phone us on 01803 666556  in the first instance about your return, repair or refund and we will respond within 24hrs.  We will refund the full (purchase) price provided the product is returned in new condition 100% working , in original undamaged manufacturers packaging, within 7 days of receipt, excluding any postage.  Failure to do this may incur a restocking fee.  AMC will refund any cost to the customer for sending back faulty goods to us. This is only valid when using a Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Postal Service.  Faulty goods will be refunded, exchanged or repaired depending on circumstances.
